Comment: Eleven classmates spent the weekend at the Critchfield House which contains the Monet, Zanizibar and Key West Suites. Each stated that it was the "Perfect" place for us to gather after 45 years! No complaints about this unique Salado, TX setting which was private, comfortable, clean, as well as a lovely setting a block off Main Street yet very quiet. When we decide to meet in Salado again, we certainly would like to return.

Comment: our family had a family reunion at old salado springs and we had a wonderful time!the guests rooms were wonderful the staff was great and the children in the family had a great time in the creek and enjoying the beautiful grounds which hold a gazebo surrounded by what they called the bamboo forest. thank you so much for a wonderful time!!! Our family plans on having our reunion there again next year!

Comment: This place was so beautiful it truly "stopped me in my tracks". The rooms were very well appointed with unique character at extremely reasonable rates. This is THE place in Salado.
